Get To Know Me

Hi, I’m Sabrina Ritchie, the founder of Thoughtful Therapies. My passion for mental health care comes from the belief that everyone deserves to feel understood and supported on their wellness journey.

With over 15 years of experience in various healthcare settings, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate both physical and mental health challenges. As a dual-certified nurse practitioner, I blend medical expertise with compassionate psychiatric care to provide a well-rounded approach.

I believe in the power of small steps, whether it's making time for self-care or reaching out for support when needed. My goal is to be a partner in your mental health journey, providing guidance without judgment and helping you make meaningful progress.

When I’m not working with patients, I enjoy cooking, baking, and spending time outdoors, as these activities provide me with a sense of calm and balance.

If you’re ready to explore how we can work together, I’d love to connect with you.
